Helpful hints

• Wherever possible, where an interpreter has been arranged please indicate this in your confirmation letter to doctor and/or to the SOG staff at the time of booking.
• It is important to bear in mind that for all WorkCover matters, the WorkCover Authority Of NSW stipulates that the late cancellation period takes effect within seven calendar days of the date of appointment.
• Confirm the appointment with the worker prior to the 7 day cancellation period. This may help to reduce the chances of the worker missing the appointment and as a result having to incurring a cancellation fee.
• In order to provide best services to our clients, we encourage them to provide us with all medical files at least one day before the scheduled appointment.
